Welcome to

Gardena Lacrosse

A community-based youth lacrosse program focused on fundamentals, teamwork, and long-term development.

Gardena Lacrosse is a recreational youth program designed to introduce and grow the game in Gardena. Our focus is on teaching the sport the right way while building confidence, discipline, and a positive team environment for kids of all experience levels.

We believe lacrosse should be accessible, structured, and fun. Our program emphasizes fundamentals, safety, and consistent coaching so players can learn, improve, and enjoy the process together.

The Program

Gardena Lacrosse runs as a seasonal recreational program for boys and girls in kindergarten through 8th grade. Players are placed on teams by age and experience level, with an emphasis on learning, effort, and sportsmanship.

Practices focus on core skills, team concepts, and preparing players for real game situations. As players get older, structure and game understanding increase while keeping the environment supportive and fun.

The Community

Gardena Lacrosse is built for a wide range of players, from kids picking up a stick for the first time to athletes looking for a structured spring sport. We focus on creating an environment where players can learn at their own pace, feel supported by their teammates and coaches, and enjoy being part of a team. Whether a child is brand new to lacrosse or coming from another sport, our goal is to make the experience positive, challenging, and rewarding.
