Spring 2026
What Is Full Field Lacrosse?
full field lacrosse is the traditional version of the sport played on a larger field with more spacing, more team concepts, and more opportunities to learn the full game.
Players will learn:
Fundamentals: throwing, catching, ground balls, dodging, shooting, and defense
Team concepts: spacing, passing, movement off-ball, and communication
Game IQ: how to play fast while staying under control
Sportsmanship and leadership: showing up prepared, being a great teammate, and competing the right way
No experience needed. Our coaching focuses on teaching the game the right way, building confidence, and helping players grow each week.
