What Is Full Field Lacrosse?

full field lacrosse is the traditional version of the sport played on a larger field with more spacing, more team concepts, and more opportunities to learn the full game.

Players will learn:

  • Fundamentals: throwing, catching, ground balls, dodging, shooting, and defense

  • Team concepts: spacing, passing, movement off-ball, and communication

  • Game IQ: how to play fast while staying under control

  • Sportsmanship and leadership: showing up prepared, being a great teammate, and competing the right way

No experience needed. Our coaching focuses on teaching the game the right way, building confidence, and helping players grow each week.

Age Groups for Boys and Girls

We will form teams by grade band:

  • K–2 Team

  • 5–6 Team

Players will practice with their team and compete in age-appropriate games.
